Our orders are dispatched ASAP and will be with you within 1-7 days. Order with peace of mind that all Późno orders have complimentary insurance against any breakages in transit (loss or theft not covered for orders with Authority To Leave selected).

We use dedicated wine transport specialists for the majority of orders. They're the best in the biz when it comes to moving, storage and delivery. If your address falls outside their area, we'll use common sense in times of extreme heat. We'll keep in touch.

Rural and remote areas may experience slight delays but on average are delivered within 3-10 days of dispatch.

If there is an issue with a product, don't tip it, email drink@pozno.wine and we will be happy to assist.

If for some reason you need to return an item, send brand new/unopened items back within 14 days of delivery for refunds. We will cover shipping costs if the delivery is our error or incorrect items.
